Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Should you need to return any products, please contact our office for advanced authorization. All products must be in original, unmarked packaging suitable for resale. A minimum of 15% restocking fee will be charged. Returned merchandise over 60 days will not be accepted for credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

NOTE: ALL HOLIDAY ITEMS AND TOYS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON MAY ONLY BE RETURNED TILL JANUARY 15 2010 WITH PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

NO RETURNS ON FLU RELATED ITEMS

Due to the Hygienic nature of some of our products, certain items will not be accepted as returns.

We will deduct the original shipping cost for orders that are returned and were shipped with free shipping.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

In the event  you receive your order damaged or defective please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a refund or replacement.

Please keep all packing materials as it might be necessary for any insurance claims.
