Directions
1. Tear foil pouch at notch to expose pad. Do not touch exposed pad directly. 2. Slide pad into side slot of the Vapor-Plug Unit completely. 3. Insert Vapor-Plug Unit into a 120-volt electrical outlet with nightlight at bottom (rotate unit if necessary). Replace pad after 8 hours of use. REPLACING PADS: Unplug Vapor-Plug Unit. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Open refill pad and insert as described above. Inserting a new pad will push out the old one. Discard old pad. When using Vapor-Plug Unit with pad inserted, do not leave unit in outlet for more than 16 hours at a time. Replace pad before next use. NIGHTLIGHT USE: Unplug Vapor-Plug Unit. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Remove pad to use Vapor-Plug Unit as a nightlight only. Discard old pad. PediaCare Gentle Vapors Refill Pads are for use only with PediaCare Gentle Vapors Vapor-Plug Unit. Do not use any other pads or oils with Vapor-Plug Unit. A light layer of oil may form on the Vapor-Plug Unit during use. Should this occur, unplug the unit and wipe with a dry cloth. TIPS FOR USE: Allow 60-90 minutes for vapor to fill the room. Strength of vapor will vary depending on room size and ventilation. Vapor will be stronger the closer the unit is to the user. IMPORTANT: Do not disassemble unit or nightlight. When nightlight burns out replace entire unit. Read instructions on package before use. Use only in a properly functioning 120-volt electrical outlet. Do not use with extension cords. Do not block airflow of Vapor-Plug Unit or light sensor on bottom. If light sensor is blocked, nightlight will stay on. Do not plug anything above the Vapor-Plug unit. Do not use in small, confined areas or near pets, without adequate ventilation. Do not place exposed pad on furniture. I bought this item yesterday for my son who is ill. I plugged it into the wall in the room where he plays mostly. This immediately started clearing him out because he started sneezing. I would recommend this item for anyone who has little ones.

My daughter was a preemie born in the fall, and she was constantly sick with horrible colds from December through May. She was on a nebulizer and all sorts of medication, so during the day when she received treatments she wan't bad, but at night nothing helped her stuffy nose. Since she was so stuffed up, she had difficulty breathing and she would constantly wake herself up. We tried a humidifier and baby Vicks on her chest, but nothing helped. Then we discovered this amazing product. A friend recommended it, and my husband found it at the drugstore for less than $10. We plugged it in and kept the door to her room closed. In half an hour the room was filled with the vapors. We turned the humidifier on with it, and the vapors were even more effective. The scent lasted all night long and into the morning, so we never worried about it running out half way through the night.
Since we started using this (almost a year ago now), our daughter has slept beautifully, and is not as stuffed up. I love the fact it is small and I can just tuck it away into a drawer when we're done with it (unlike a humidifier). Plus the soft blue nightlight is perfect for us to tip-toe in to check up on her, and we love the fact that we can just buy the refills (5 for around $5).
I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it to any parent who has a child suffering from a cold. It makes a great wishing well gift for a baby shower!

I'm impressed how well this filled the room with soothing vapors that lasted all night. It definitely has a strong, comforting, soothing scent. The night light feature is nice, but it's very bright and there's no way to turn it off. If there was a way to switch off the light part, it would be perfect!

This is a great product, because it not only cleared up my congested toddler, but also cleared myself and my husband. On the downfall, the nightlight is SO BRIGHT!!! Even with a piece of black electrical tape over the light, it so lights up the ENTIRE room like it's daylight!

The pads are very strong, so everyone in your household who is suffering from congestion and allergies will be able to breathe clearly. That's a good thing! The only downfall, is the nightlight. It is extremely bright!!! I will light up an entire floor of your home.
