First of all, this product once could only be purchased from a laboratory supplier that specialized in assisted reproduction. This ovulation test was the ONLY one they sold, so that tells you something.
7 years ago, I had more than one friend who used this test and it worked beautifully for them. They all were using frozen donor sperm, and as you may know, ovulation MUST be predicted in an even greater accuracy in that circumstance because the sperm do not live as long as fresh sperm do.
I used this test when I was trying to conceive my first child. I used them for 6 cycles. On the 7th cycle, I got pregnant! I KNOW that this test was instrumental in my success. The test line turns darker as your LH surge gets stronger. Once the test line is as dark as the control line, it's time to make things happen!
I am one of those women that feels pain when I ovulate as well. Sure enough, on the day that my LH surged, I was having left side O-pain. By the evening, the pain had subsided, and the insemination was done. And that worked for me!
Recommend this over any other store bought tests.

I only had to use one test and bam--PREGNANT! Stick kind did not work for me either! Good luck to anyone that is trying!

I have been using the cheap OPK sticks but my doctor recommended this brand so I thought I'd try it. I tested starting on day 10 as instructed by my doctor. I got a positive on day 10 but continued testing since I was taking Clomid and the test instructions said that could cause a false positive. All 9 days using the OvuQuick gave me a positive LH surge. After the first few days I became skeptical and used my cheaper OPK sticks as well. They were negative, giving me a spike on day 14 like I normally get. The OvuQuick continued to give me positive results. This kit is definitely not worth $50!! But the cheaper sticks on Amazon (about $15 for 100 instead of $50 for 9 tests with OvuQuick)

Easy to use. I never got a positive, but i ovulate late in my cycle, so I think i just ran out before getting a positive.
